The best part is you can use the park from 9am the day of check-in to 9pm the day of check out. Check-in was just a few minutes, easy peasy. *Kartrite had great rooms, much less expensive than the other parks, food options were excellent (actual real food not just pizza/hot dogs/chicken fingers and they had an awesome outdoor BBQ area with fire pits each night). *Great Wolfe's rooms are fine, but food is generally meh and the check-in was also long and challenging with little ones waiting. ![]() ![]() *Kalahari's hotel rooms are really drab/dated and the check-in procedure is a nightmare. If you have older children, they might need the larger rides at Kalahari to keep them entertained for both days.Ī few reasons why we enjoyed this one more than the other parks: It is a smaller park than Great Wolf, but it was not very crowded and was just the right size for our family. There was a lazy river, a typical children's play area with slides/sprinklers, one of those FlowRiders, a balance challenge, some water basketball, and 6 large slides for the older ones. Our kids are both under 10 and this was the perfect sized park for them.
